IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Australis Group Underwriting is pleased to announce the appointment of Tony Thrift as General Manager - Underwriting and Gary Marshall as General Manager - Operations with effect from 1 June 2008. Tony and Gary will take over the functions previously undertaken by Roy Ellis who has stepped down from a full-time role as CEO of Australis following the successful completion of his re-engineering of the business. Roy will continue in his consulting role as Executive Strategy and Marketing.

Gary and Tony will be joining Roy Daly, Andrew Pytches and Peter Searson as Board Directors of Australis.
