We are positioned to provide capacity based on your requirements. This positioning enables us to offer 100% of the capacity or alternatively, a lead or follow line (subject to the acceptability of the leader). We will write both standard and high hazard risk profiles. Whilst we prefer the ISR Mark 1V wording, we will consider bespoke wordings.

Australis` business pack product covers Fire, Business Interruption, Burglary, Money, Plate Glass and General Property.
The range of risks accepted spans massive construction office risks through to retail, food, manufacturing, licensed and unlicensed clubs, backpacker hostels, adult industry, and storage risks. In principle, we will accept risks of virtually any occupancy however our limit to write 100% of woodworkers, sawmills, plastics and fibreglassing is $1,500,000.
Alternatively, we have capacity to put down significant lines for Property on either ISR or Commercial Fire Contracts. There are no total asset value restrictions.

We offer broadform/occurrence based polices of significant capacities for both Public and Products Liability insurance. Whilst we prefer to package mainstream covers in conjunction with our property products, we will write individual liability policies.

CONTINGENCY AND PRIZE INDEMNITY INSURANCE
We are specialists in underwriting contingency and prize indemnity covers for most events and promotions. Australis provides Cancellation and Abandonment and Non Appearance cover for concerts, sport events, conferences and most events whose success relies on everything running to plan.
Australis also offers Prize Indemnity insurance covering attractive, high value prizes won in Promotional Events, Marketing Campaigns, Hole in One and Competitions generally. Providing activities are based on a combination of skill and probability, we are able to offer cover usually at a fraction of the market value of potential prizes.
